The awards will be presented at the evening gala dinner for the conference, with digital entertainment throughout the night.

Museum of Science and Industry
1) Decide on which category you will enter
Have a good look through the categories to see which ones you are interested in entering. You can enter as many as you like. Then add a reminder for the ceremony to your calendar!
2) Register your entry
Go to www.digitaldentalacademy.co.uk/dda-awards and enter the information on the cases you have presented as well as a link to a dropbox or download link to the case file and the before and after photographs.
3) Compile your entries
What we need.
A case report in Microsoft Word format. It will be helpful to divide your submission into
What should be submitted?
Written material A brief description (up to 500 words) of the patient’s concerns and the treatment provided.
Photographs Photographs of the patient’s smile before and after treatment. Ideally good intra oral photographs of every stage but even simple before and after photographs will be allowed.
4) How to submit
Entries are fully DIGITAL! Please register your entry online on the above line. We will confirm your entry close to the deadline.
Please make sure that you leave plenty of time to compile your entry.
5) The Finalist list
After our deadline our Judges will consider the case and a winner will be decided.
The finalists will be announced via email and you will be contacted if you have or haven’t reached this stage.
The finalists will also be announced on the Digital Dental Academy Facebook group.
The winners will be decided by the judge in each category in a fair and anonymous fashion with the most deserved entry winning.
6) The Gala Dinner
There will be limited places available to the gala dinner at the International Digital Dental Academy Conference and we suggest reserving your tickets to both as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
